On behalf of Murray & Michelle Richardson and due to the subject site containing an Energex Limited easement, please find attached our Application for a Development Permit for a Reconfiguration of a Lot by Rural Residential Subdivision (1 Lot into 2 Lots) involving land described as Lot 9 on RP131369, situated at 216 Black Mountain Rd, Black Mountain.

Please find attached the application as submitted to Noosa Shire Council, accompanied by Council’s Confirmation Notice.
