I am the onsite manager at Noosa Shores Resort. I own the management rights to Noosa Shores Resort and have done so for the past 9 years. 

 

We have a very good relationship with all of the tenants in the Quamby Place precinct. We dine in all of the restaurants and refer many of our guests to Rocksalt, Ricky’s and Wood Fire Grill. 

 

When weddings are scheduled at these restaurants, many times the guests are also our guests.

 

Each restaurant enjoys sensational reputations and are known locally, nationally and indeed internationally. 

 

I strongly support the application for the restaurants to continue conducting business in the current fashion and would urge owners in our complex to support the application as well.
