Hi Justine,

 

I do apologies for being so direct in my last email but I would like to
move forward with the application.

After discussing with Noosa Council the application procedure they have
advised me to reply to this action notice.(So we can move forward)

I am willing to pay an application fee to get the process moving but I
need Noosa Council to please consider charging a fee for a regular
driveway (in front of my garage) as this is a complex case in regards to
use and the existing residents use from the Killawarra end of the trail 

 

Aspects to consider with my application :

 

-          Lot 7, 8 Supplejack Court (Our property), 120 & 123
Killawarra which are located on the same trail have no sealed
infrastructure leading to the entry of their properties, these residents
are using the unsealed trail to enter their property from Supplejack and
Killawarra 

-          Fire trail is being used by residents from Killawarra Dr and
day use people using 4WD track in area

-          Application fee reduced to the regular driveway fee as we
have so many questionable issues at play with trail use (The above)

-          Unsealed trail has multiple users depending on lot location
along trail

 

Could you get back to me in regards to the fee so I can work with
council in finding a solution.
