BOREEN POINT CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT SERVICES TENDER That Council note the report by the Property Advisor – Commercial Property to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 5 December 2023 and A. Award contract CN00459 to 1EIGHT Pty Ltd for the Boreen Point Campground Management Services for an initial five (5) year period commencing 1 May 2024; and B. Authorise the Chief Executive Officer to exercise future options to extend the contract for a further 1 x 2 year period subject to satisfactory performance at Council's sole discretion.
