This is my first time chairing so it'll be a nice slow morning as I work through all my notes and my templates so thank you everyone for being here. I note that all Councillors are in attendance except for Mayor Wilkie who is noted as absent away today. Thank you and so moving on to the conservation of minutes from the 11th of August 2026 and we're going to move by Councillor Finzel and seconded by Councillor Wilson. Any questions?
