All those in favour? Thank you, and that's carried. Thank you, thank you. Thanks. Nothing to say here? Okay, we're going to move on to item 7.2.1, reports for action on the Peregian Digital Hub tenancy agreement, and we have Director Kim Rawlings.

Thank you. Councillor Phillips. I'm just acknowledging that Chris Boden is unavailable to attend today, so I'll present the report on his behalf. But if there are any particular questions, we can take them on notice if I can't answer anything. This report is one of our fairly standard reports to fill a vacant tenancy at the Peregian Digital Hub. The tenancy is known as tenancy C. It's the area as you enter the hub to it's approximately 75 square metres. The report recommends a multi-year lease with a tenant, which is a good news story, exactly what the hub was intended to do. Three members have come together and started a company, and they're in a growth phase, so they've moved from being member-based to actually taking some commercial space, which is exactly what the structure is, the model we set the hub up to do. It's a really good news story. Yeah, we use Colliers as our leasing agents and we have for a number of years, they ran a process and were able to follow up with one of the inquiries and secure the tenancy. It's recommended for Council's approval.
