- Note the report by the Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation Committee dated 10 March 2026 regarding the review of sitting fees for external members of Council's Audit and Risk Committee;
- Increase the sitting fees as follows:
- Increase for the independent Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee from $800 to $2,000 per meeting;
- Increase for the independent member of the Audit and Risk Committee from $600 to $1,300 per meeting; and
- Adopt the amended fee schedule to apply commencing with the Audit and Risk Committee meeting held on 20 February 2026.
