   Land Tenure Options

In considering the future options one must first of all consider the public need, desire, current and
future usage of the parcel of land.

The portion of land that the restaurant is wishing to be considered (which IS NOT the entire parcel
adjoining) at present even during times of peak demand for foreshore usage has little or absolutely
no usage by the Noosa community and visitors. It is isolated, does not provide good passive
surveillance and security sightlines to amenities for users, does not provide a safe and equitable
access to the water and directly affronts a portion of a man made canal that receives high volume
of motorised watercraft entering and departing Noosa Waters. It cannot be said with any
confidence that this aspect of the Noosaville River is a desirable one for the community to
   undertake swimming and water activities.

We believe that ourselves as the operators, and the key stakeholders being DNRM, and Council
consider the following options and diligently work through them to arrive at an outcome which
meet community expectations, enable a strong wedding sector providing broad economic growth
to our community and does not impact on community or adjoining expectations.
