To monitor performance, Council will establish a hierarchy of performance indicators as follows:
* Community indicators - indicators that monitor the state of our community based on our
environment, economy, community and governance that are reported to Council annually and
included in Council’s Annual Report.
* Corporate Plan indicators - measure progress with Council's Corporate Plan with a particular
emphasis on key focus areas. Reported to Council annually by the CEO and included in Council’s
Annual Report.
* Management indicators - Operational Plan progress report and management key performance
indicators are provided to Council by the CEO on a quarterly basis.
