 4.0 Recommendations:
 4.1 Treatment Facility:
 The on-site treatment facility is to be a Wastewater Treatment System consistently producing Advanced Secondary
 Quality Effluent with a capacity of no less than 10 Equivalent Persons (10EP).

 The owner has indicated their preferred system is the Earth Safe D10 Advanced Secondary (Concrete) system - TPA #
 03/2019. A tall tank and possible riser ring may be required. The chosen systems approvals meet the Effluent Quality
 and Equivalent Person recommendations for this site. Failure to comply may require the system to be removed from
 site.

 All wastewater from the new dwelling and any future amenities in the shed are to be directed to the Wastewater
 Treatment Plant.

 Position of the proposed Land Application Area is shown on the Site Plan. All works must comply with the Qld
 Plumbing and Wastewater Code and be performed by a licenced plumber.


   5.0 Design Calculation
  The serviceable life of the Land Application Area will be compromised if the design flow is exceeded. Any
  proposed changes to the position of the Land Application Area, System Type or House Design will require a
  reassessment of this site. For our calculations we have assessed the design flow as follows:
