                                             Proposed Staging Plan
    -   Stage 1a – will be accessed via Trading Post Road and includes 40 dwellings, clubhouse,
        outdoor pool and detention basin.
    -   Stage 1b – the 120 bed aged care facility. It is important to note that the development of
        this stage hinges on the availability of Government assistance.
    -   Stage 2 – includes 65 dwellings.
    -   Stage 3 – includes 6 dwellings, covered bowling green, caravan storage, caretakers residence
        and detention basin.
    -   Stage 4 – includes 52 dwellings, tennis court, workshop and golf room and detention basin.
    -   Stage 5 – includes 57 dwellings.

6.2 Landscaping

Landscape buffering ranging from 1 to 2m will be provided to all road frontages adjoin site. All other
landscape works will be private internal works. As such a landscape plan will be provided for the
buffer treatments per Condition 8 of the previous Development Permit (132007.2398.02).
