5.0 RECONFIGURATION OF A LOT – BOUNDARY REALIGNMENT
The proposed reconfiguring a lot component is to permit the realignment of the common boundaries
between Lot 1 & 2 on RP165418 and Lot 1 & 4 on RP215922 to create 3 freehold lots for the new
use areas.

    1. Proposed Lot 101 - Detached dwelling – 5,732m²

    2. Proposed Lot 102 - Independent Dwelling Units and Ancillary Facilitates – 121,517m²

    3. Proposed Lot 103 - Aged Care – 20,245m²

6.0 OTHER ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

6.1 Staging

The development will occur over five stages (as seen below in the staging plan) including sub stages.
The purpose of staged construction is to allow for ordered construction, financing and viability
through the life of the project.
