2) Proposed development

The proposed develapment the subject of
the MCU application consists of:

* asingle on-site residential dwelling,

* asteel framed shed complex containing
bottle wash and filling areas, storage
area, holding tanks and loading areas,

© areas of hardstand surrounding the
above shed for car parks, leading bays
and site access; and

© office wing including reception,
administration and staff amenities.

Crawing HJ0085,1.5 shows the proposed
redevelopment layout.

It is proposed that wastewater generated
by the redevelopment will be treated to a
secondary standard before being irrigated
onto an appropriate disposal area which
meets all planning requirements,

The calculation of the wastewater loadings
used in this assessment is detailed in Section
5 of this report. The anticipated wastewater
loadings from the development will be
equivalent to a 17 EP sewage treatment
system. Therefore, this proposal will not
require an ERA63 licence.
