GIA application and Court Judgement Part 1 of 2 132006.268..02
(vi) Washing plant, equipment or vehicles shall be undertaken off-site. If on-site washing of any plant or equipment is necessary, all wastewater shall be collected in a sump and disposed of off-site as trade waste by a registered operator. (viii) Rehabilitation of the waterway of the site, as indicated by the 1997 Strategic Plan (Open Space- Conservation & Waterway Protection) is to be undertaken in addition to replanting as detailed in Drawing H J00851.2 of the Conceptual Site-Based Stormwater Management Plan. NOTE Conditions 5A - 5C refer to maximum truck movements. As a result of the changes previously outlined, truck movements will be significantly reduced to 8 trucks p/day (refer to Traffic Impact Assessment prepared by RoadPro Development within Attachment Il), Further, Condition 5E, which refers to hours of operation, will also be reduced to 3 days p/week. Whilst amendments to Conditions 5A - 5C are not principally required to allow for the development to operate and are not being requested as part of the proposed change, Council should be advised that the maximums are excessive for operations and that these will not be exceeded. We trust the information provides you with sufficient information in relation to the proposal and we look forward to receiving a positive response from Council at your earliest convenience. Should you have any further questions in relation to this matter, please feel free to contact me direct. Yours faithfully, ADAMS + SPARKES TOWN PLANNING + DEVELOPMENT Cameron Adams MANAGING DIRECTOR Encl: Pre-Request to Response Application form
