The Noosa National Park is currently not serviced by public transport with car park capacity on 3
January 2021 at 100% however there were 11,263 pedestrian trips eastbound to the National Park
counted between 6:30am and 8:00pm. By comparison in 2018 — 9,661 pedestrian trips, 2019 - 8,164
pedestrian trips and 2020 — 11,527 pedestrian trips.

Feedback:
Feedback from bus drivers was that the temporary bus stop opposite The J was popular. Anecdotal
and observational feedback was that the Noosa AFL ground car park was underutilised. This may
be due to people making use of “Hide & Ride.”
