               Feedback:

               Feedback obtained from local laws officers is that many people use loading bays to “Drop & Go.” Of
               all the Drop & Go car parks, the Hastings Street bus interchange was deemed the most convenient
               but would be better suited to 30 minutes parking bays.

               Areas for improvement:

               °     Review timed parking in the Hastings Street precinct and consider locations suitable for 30
                     minutes parking.
               ®     Increase awareness of Park & Ride options
              4.     Information Systems: Digital Information Boards
               The purpose of the boards was to inform drivers of alternative travel options including free buses,
               park & ride locations, ferry, walking and cycling.
               Digital information boards were situated at the following key entry points:
               .     Cooroy-Noosa Road and Butler Street, Tewantin
               ®     David Low Way, Peregian
               °     Eenie Creek Road, Noosa Civic
               .    Walter Hay Drive, Noosaville
               Additional boards were also located closer to the Hastings street precinct in locations that allowed
               drivers to make a final decision about alternative travel options including:

               .     Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Junction
               ®     Noosa Parade

               The boards had a purpose built fagade around the trailer in order to better fit with the Noosa Design
               Principles and to create a welcoming and positive experience as opposed to a roadside traffic sign.
