4.3       Traffic Generation
The land uses envisioned for the Noosa Civic Centre are not planned to differ from those outlined in the
Noosa Business Centre Framework and Character Plan. Furthermore, the developable yield associated with
these land uses are not proposed to exceed the planned maximums as per the masterplan. As a result, the
traffic generating potential associated with the proposed RaL is not considered to exceed that planned for
the centre.
Therefore, the planned Noosa Civic Centre road network is expected to cater for the existing traffic and the
future traffic generated by the centre.
