Consultation
External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
Throughout the trial period, the Flying Fox Management Officer has been in contact with both
eligible and ineligible residents around Wallace Park.
The Flying Fox Management Officer has engaged volunteers for Noosa Parks Association to
assist in weekly flying fox surveys to improve the accuracy of results.
When delivering the car covers to each subscriber, the Flying Fox Management Officer asked for
and received feedback on the progress of the current management strategies from willing
residents.
On 20 February 2017, the Flying Fox Management Officer performed a face-to-face interview
with individual residents to provide feedback. Those not home were provided with forms to return
to Council.
Internal Consultation
Council’s Management Accountant has been advised that this project may require consideration
in the next Budget Review.
