The application was forwarded to the following internal Council officers:

4.3. Public Notification
The application was publicly notified for sixteen (16) business days in accordance with the Planning
Act 2016. It is noted that an administrative error by the applicant resulted in incorrect images being
included on the public notification signage placed on the subject site. The Planning Act 2016
requires a minimum of 2 images of the proposed development to be included on the public notice
on the premises, showing relevant details of the proposal (e.g. photomontage, elevations) and
must give the public a general indication of what is being proposed. The sign included an image
and floor plan of a two storey dwelling, however was not the dwellings subject to the application
(refer to Figures 7 and 8).
