PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 6 JULY 2021
Figure 8: Render of 2 Nola Street development
The images included on the signage were from the adjoining 4 Nola Street approval, specifically
the southern elevation of the 2 dwellings located on the corner of Nola Street and The Cockleshell.
It is noted that 4 Nola Street is owned by the same owner as 2 Nola Street, and includes an
approval for a Material Change of Use for Multiple Housing Type 4 Conventional (4 Units) and
Visitor Accommodation Type 4 Conventional. The four multiple dwellings at 4 Nola Street and the
dual occupancy at 2 Nola Street are both currently under construction, are designed by the same
building designer, and are similar in built form (refer to Figures 9 and 10).
