6. PROPOSAL
This application seeks approval to fill beyond 3 metres from the outer walls of the Dwelling house.
The proposed fill extends up to 7m from the dwelling (approximately 2.8m from the covered outdoor
patio area). A majority of the fill will be contained by a retaining wall (approximately 1.0m at its
highest point).
It is noted that a dwelling house in this location is Accepted Development, subject to requirements
and therefore does not require Council planning approval provided the proposal complies with the
relevant outcomes of Noosa Plan 2020. As such, the subject application is requesting a Referral
Agency Response for the extent of fill only
