2. THE SITE


    2.1. Site Description


The site is 5018m2 in area and comprises one lot. The site is generally flat with a gentle slope from the eastern boundary
of the site towards Walter Hay Drive with levels ranging from 12.2m AHD to 9.3m AHD.


The site has two frontages to Eumundi- Noosa Road and Walter Hay Drive with approximate lengths of 95m and 45m
respectively. Access to and from the site is obtained from one left-in left-out ingress / egress crossover via Eumundi-
Noosa Road.


Eumundi- Noosa Road is a council owned road and is classified as a major road which connects Noosaville with the
Bruce Highway/


The site contains several established trees along the Walter Hay Drive street frontage which are proposed to be retained
where possible. The site does not however contain any significant vegetation.
