3313RAL Report
All proposed Lots contain an area and a frontage that comply with the prescribed minimums for Lots in the relevant zone. With respect to Performance Outcome 21; Lot 22 adjoins 5 lots. The Acceptable Outcome prescribes a maximum of 4 other Lots, which basically requires only 1 lot per side of a rectangular lot. Lot 22 adjoins 2 Lots along the southern boundary; which is a necessity to achieve access to the sewer reticulation and to minimise the length of the access handle. The proposed lot layout is consistent with the prevailing urban development pattern of the local area and is not detrimental to amenity upon the adjoining lots. 6.4 Works Code The reconfiguration complies with the Works Codes. A Development Application for Operational Works will be submitted for assessment following approval of the Reconfiguration of a Lot application. 7.
