            agency consents.

Chief       Power, as agency, to refuse to deal with the application without Section 59(2)
Executive   having identified any or all of the documents, if the documents Information Privacy
Officer     contain information of a stated kind or relate to a stated subject Act 2009
            matter and it appears that all of the documents are comprised
            of exempt information (as defined in Schedule 3 of the Right to
            Information Act) give a written notice to the information
            commissioner.
            Note – this section does not commence operation until 1 July
            2026 (see section 219).
