            Note – this section does not commence operation until 1 July
            2026 (see section 219).

Chief       Power, as agency, to :-                                        Section 60(4)
Executive      (a) review the application of the exemption each month for Information Privacy
Officer            the period during which the exemption is relied on; and Act 2009
               (b) give the commissioner a summary of the review as soon
                   as practicable after it is completed.
            Note – this section does not commence operation until 1 July
            2026 (see section 219).
