Chief Power, where Council has issued a permit and has not given a Section 59(3)
Executive final inspection certificate for the work carried out under the Plumbing and
Officer permit at least 3 months before the permit is to end, to give Drainage Regulation
notice of the day the permit is to end to the entities listed in 2019
subsection (3).
Chief Power in the circumstances listed in the subsection (1), to allow Section 67(2)
Executive the responsible person to give a covered work declaration for Plumbing and
