Draft Replacement Program 2015/16 Budget

A draft replacement program has been developed for the 2015/16 budget based on the updated
condition assessments undertaken. Additional funds will be sought above those originally
identified in the fleet review primarily to replace the ageing street sweeper that was flagged not to
be replaced. The majority of items identified for replacement in 2015/16 are reaching the end of
their useful lives and are high value items used extensively for external service delivery.
