proposed building provides cover to all facade fenestrations that do not have eaves.

In accordance with specific outcome O16 and as demonstrated by the attached the proposal
plans, the roof forms will contribute positively to the local skyline; complement the low rise
character of the locality; use simple traditional roof designs, such as hipped, gabled or skillion;
and do not create opportunities for residents to overlook the private open space areas of
neighbouring properties.
