6.6   TEEWAH AIRSTRIP (cont’d)
      2.     Authorise the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer to make representation to the
             appropriate authorities to have the Cooloola Section of the Great Sandy National
             Park and the surrounding and adjacent residential areas declared as restricted
             airspace; and

      3.     A further report be presented to Noosa Council regarding land tenure matters
             relating to the Reserve for Landing Ground for Aircraft (Teewah Airstrip).

6.7   INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES RESOLUTIONS AND POLICIES
      Council Resolution

      Moved:            Cr Wilkie
      Seconded:         Cr Jurisevic

      That Council note the report by the Priority Infrastructure Planning & Infrastructure Charges
      Officer to the Ordinary Meeting dated 2 January 2014 and:

      1.   Repeal the Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s “Development Incentives (Build and
           Benefit)” and cease its application to development governed by The Noosa Plan,
           Planning Scheme area;

      2.   Note that a further report will be presented to Noosa Council at a future meeting on
           Infrastructure Charges Resolutions and Policies for Noosa.

6.8   COUNCILLORS’ EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
      Council Resolution

      Moved:            Cr Wellington
      Seconded:         Cr Bolton

      That Council note the report by the Chief of Staff, Executive Office to the Ordinary Meeting
      dated 2 January 2014 and:

      1.   Endorse the Councillors’ Expenses Reimbursement Policy (provided at Attachment 1
           to the report) pursuant to section 250 of the Local Government Regulation 2012; and

      2.   Request the Chief Executive Officer to make a copy of the Policy available for public
           inspection at the Tewantin office and to publish the Policy on the Noosa Council
           website in accordance with section 251 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
