6.3   COUNCIL COMMITTEES (cont’d)
      2.   Delegate to each of the Committees the authority to appoint a chairperson; and

      3.   Approve the times and dates of future meetings of the Committees in accordance
           with those detailed in the Officer’s report.

6.4   INTERIM ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
      Council Resolution

      Moved:           Cr Abbot
      Seconded:        Cr Bolton

      That Council note the report by the Acting Chief Executive Officer to the Ordinary Meeting
      dated 2 January 2014 and:

      1.   Adopt the Interim Organisational Structure as attached to the report; and

      2.   Delegate authority to the Acting Chief Executive Officer to manage all related staff
           matters.

6.5   KERBSIDE COLLECTION
      Council Resolution

      Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
      Seconded:        Cr Wilkie

      That Council note the report by the Interim Director Community Infrastructure and
      Co-ordinator Waste Management to the Ordinary Meeting dated 2 January 2014 and
      approve the re-introduction of a kerbside collection service.

6.6   TEEWAH AIRSTRIP
      Council Resolution

      Moved:           Cr Wellington
      Seconded:        Cr Wilkie

      That Council note the report by the Acting Chief Executive Officer to the Ordinary Meeting
      dated 2 January 2014 and:

      1.     Restrict use of the Noosa North Shore Reserve for Landing Ground for Aircraft
             (Teewah Airstrip) by prohibiting use by private and commercial helicopter and fixed
             wing aircraft, but allow continued use by emergency services helicopters for
             emergency operational landings and limited local area familiarisation and training,
             model aircraft, ultralights, and hang gliders; and
