The chief executive administering the Planning Act 2016 nominates the Director-General of Agriculture and
Fisheries to be the enforcement authority for the development to which this development approval relates
for the administration and enforcement of any matter relating to the following conditions:

11.       Development authorised under this approval is limited as follows:         At all times

          R.A10342.002.00.Marine Plant MP.docx

12.       The dredging and beach nourishment must be carried out generally in       At all times
