The proposed home-based business (studio) will include a wet room (bathroom) and a kitchenette. No laundry will
be provided as part of this development. As such, the proposed development is not considered to be a self-
contained unit.

Carport

The carport has been located north of the home-based business (studio) and is 6m x 6m. In accordance with the
pre-lodgement meeting notes, the carport is proposed to allow for 5m setbacks to its northernmost portion and
6m setbacks at the southernmost portion.

The proposed carport facilitates undercover car parking spaces on the Site. Additionally, given the setbacks,
tandem uncovered car parking spaces can also be achieved.
