◼   For the purposes of this project, a noise limit of 3 dBA above the background level (LA90,T) has been
    adopted for all periods of the day.
It is considered that compliance with the nominated background creep criteria will result in compliance with
Noosa Council performance outcomes PO21 and PO22, that is:
◼   Provide a high level of amenity to users of the subject site, and do not unreasonably impact on the
    amenity enjoyed by users of adjoining or nearby premises, including privacy and access to sunlight.
◼   Do not have an adverse effect on the amenity enjoyed by users of adjacent or nearby premises through
    emission of noise
