3.           PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed hotel includes the following (refer to Figure 3.1):
◼    69 rooms over three levels, consisting of standard rooms, deluxe rooms, premium suites and a presidential
     suite.
◼    Proposed new carparks, with a proportion of the carparks being enclosed and underground.
◼    Four tennis courts (positions changed from previous iteration of the design).
◼    Swimming pools.
◼    Ground floor café and bar.
◼    Deliveries and waste collection to the south-east via an extension to the existing service road.
