The proposed development is to be located at Resort Drive, Noosa Heads. The site location is shown in
Figure 2.1 (source: Queensland Globe).

The subject site is currently occupied by 4 tennis courts. The proposed development is surrounded by the
following uses (refer Figure 2.1):
◼    Residential dwellings to the south on the southern side of Resort Drive (R1).
◼    Existing country club, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and golf shop (Marked in Figure 2.1).
◼    Residential dwellings to the south west (R2).
◼    Residential dwellings to the north west (R3).
◼    Unity Water to the north (Marked in Figure 2.1).
◼    Bushland to the north and east.
◼    Golf course to the west (Marked in Figure 2.1).
