2    SITE DESCRIPTION

The site comprising the proposed lots 17. 18, 19 and 21 is bound by the following:

        •    North, North-east - Noosa Civic Shopping Precinct
        •    West – Commercial precinct
        •    South - Townhouses across Hofmann Drive.

The loading docks are indicated in Figure 1 below.
