ELEVATIONS FOR HOUSE TYPE 3 (SD13)
   40. Floor and elevation plans for House Type 3 that accurately depict proposed building styles for this house
   type.

Please refer to the architectural plans prepared by Sprout Architects (Attachment VII).

EARTHWORKS
   41. Provide additional comment on:
             a) the need for the proposed filling of the site and it’s impacts on the adjoining properties, and
             b) a proposed retaining system (batters, walls and other structures) that is wholly contained
                 within the subject site

The proposed filling of the site is required to facilitate drainage to and provide fall through, the proposed
stormwater treatment devices. The proposed grading of the site generally will be required to provide
acceptable steps between the closely spaced driveways. The proposed extent of earthworks has been
amended to ensure that all retaining structures will be contained wholly within the development site. The
preliminary earthworks plan and Engineering Services Report prepared by Covey and Associates (Attachment
IX) has been amended to reflect this.

This response represents our complete response to the Information Request issued by the Noosa Shire Council,
and we will commence the Public Notification, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sustainable
Planning Act 2009.
