Dear Mark,
RE: Essence of Peregian Beach Needs Analysis
Introduction
Urban Economics is pleased to provide this response to the Information Request issued by Noosa Shire Council.
This response should be read in conjunction with the Economic Impact Assessment (EIA) report dated December
2016, prepared by Urban Economics examining need for and potential impacts of the proposed Essence of
Peregian development in Peregian Beach.
As recommended by Noosa Shire Council, we have made contact with Council’s consultants Location IQ, and
sought clarification around some of the questions and issues identified within the Information Request relating to
the economic report. This Response provides further clarity around the issues and questions raised, and provides
additional information and research as appropriate.
