There is no downstream stormwater infrastructure which would be impacted by the runoff from this development.
Council’s question is with regards to the effect of the peak flow increase which could occur from our development,
on the receiving environment. Velocity of flow would be controlled at the boundary of our development and the
council reserve to ensure the flows leave the site in a ‘sheet flow’ arrangement.
We would appreciate your opinion on whether increased peak flows from our outlet, discharged as described, could
pose an unacceptable risk to the ecology of the downstream environment.

If you could provide us with a response to the above at your earliest convenience it would be greatly appreciated.
