Prepare a Bushfire Management Plan for the proposed use of the site that addresses the latest SPP Fireline Intensity Model (CSIRO) using an FFDI of 48 to derive the appropriate bushfire hazard class for the lot. Please refer to the response prepared by JWA Ecological Consultants (Attachment VI) and the Bushfire Management Plan dated February 2015 (Attachment IV). 23. As discussed in the recent meeting with Council, obtaining written assessment from QFES at this stage of the application is considered premature and will be undertaken as part of the detail design phase of the development. It is requested that Council condition the final decision to ensure the end design satisfies all requirements of QFES. 24. Provide further information on the location of Unit 10 within the proposed asset protection zone or alternatively, provide information relating to the development that meets The Noosa Plan Outcome 4 of the Natural Hazards Overlay Code for Bushfire Hazard Area.
