9.2.2 Analysis Conclusions
The analysis indicates that the roundabout is expected to operate at suitable levels at the 2034 design year,
with development traffic included, with a worst-case DOS 54.3% (less than 85.0%, operational capacity of
roundabout) and overall LOS A. The addition of the development traffic has no notable impact to key
operational metrics, with minor change to average intersection delay and at most an increase in queuing of
12m (equivalent to 2 vehicles).

Based on this assessment, the proposed development is considered to have no adverse impact on the
operations of this roundabout.
