3 Proposed Development
The proposed development subdivides the site into six residential lots.

A single vehicular access is proposed, with reciprocal easements in place to facilitate access to all six lots.
The proposed access driveway is located approximately 30m to the south of the existing driveway, with the
redundant driveway to be closed. Minor widening of David Low Way is proposed to provide basic left and
right turn treatments, such that the half carriageway is 6.5m wide inclusive of bicycle lanes.

Refuse collection will be conducted within the site at the southern end of the driveway and on-site
turnaround provisions will allow these vehicles to depart the site in a forward motion.

Tenant parking will be provided within each lot, whilst additional scattered parallel parking for a small
number of visitors will be provided on the driveway.
