targets as measured by a MUSIC model developed in accordance with the Water
by Design MUSIC modelling guidelines;
b. the use of gravity stormwater drainage and not surcharge pits;
c. A stormwater quality treatment system must be provided for the development that
achieved 80% reduction in Total Suspended Solids, 60% reduction in Total
Phosphorous, 45% reduction in Total Nitrogen compared to an unmitigated
scenario. The works must be undertaken in accordance with an Operational Works
approval and the Water by Design Guidelines.
