1.0     INTRODUCTION

This Preliminary Construction Management Plan (CMP) has been commissioned by
Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd and compiled to generally satisfy Advisory Note 4
of the Reconfiguration of Lots Application (RAL18/0023). The CMP addresses traffic
management, safe pedestrian access, fencing, water quality management and erosion and
sediment control, works program and protection of existing infrastructure for the proposed
development at Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville.


This Preliminary CMP has been developed in accordance with the New Noosa Plan 2020,
Planning Scheme Policy 06 Engineering Design Standards. The CMP addresses the
construction phase procedures that are to be implemented by the principal construction
Contractor and his subordinate contractors, to ensure that working areas are maintained to
suitable standards generally in accordance with best management practices and regulatory
requirements.
