         Minor cut and fill activities are proposed to enable slab on ground construction to be
         accommodated on the lot. Topsoil stockpiles retained around the edge of the area from which
         extractive industry operations have occurred are intended to be utilised to enable rehabilitation
         of the exposed areas of the site, particularly toward the south where water pools in shallow
         borrow pits remaining on the property.
