Reference Document Ecological Assessment Report - Urban Catalyst 3 18 July 2025

         A total of approximately 165 conservation significant flora were identified within the survey area
         during the investigation, including four Gossia hillii, six Rhodamnia rubescens, approximately 81
         Rhodomyrtus psidioides and 74 Symplocos harroldii. All individuals observed and recorded
         appeared to be in good health. Myrtle rust was observed on some of the Rhodamnia and
         Rhodomyrtus, confirming infection by the exotic fungus Austropuccinia psidii, however no
         individuals identified had succumbed to myrtle rust.

         None of the protected plants identified during the survey are located within the area proposed
         for clearing, however 23 individuals are present within approximately 10m of the clearing impact
         area (refer to Figure 10), including the following:

         A protected plants survey report has been prepared for the project and has been submitted to
         the State for approval, accompanied by an impact management plan. The management of
         protected flora within the site will be progressed in accordance with the protected plants clearing
         permit to be issued by the Department of Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
