         The EPBC Act protected matters search tool indicates that habitat for 25 threatened flora species
         may occur, is likely to occur or is known to occur within 1km of the property. The following
         conservation significant flora species have been recorded within 1km of the property:
         • Rhodamnia rubescens (scrub turpentine) – Listed as ‘critically endangered’ under the NC Act
            and the EPBC Act
         • Rhodomyrtus psidioides (native guava) – Listed as ‘critically endangered’ under the NC Act and
            the EPBC Act
         • Xanthostemon oppositifolius (southern penda) – Listed as ‘vulnerable’ under the NC Act and
            the EPBC Act
         • Symplocos harroldii (hairy hazelwood) – Listed as ‘near threatened’ under the NC Act.

         As vegetation clearing is proposed within the ‘high risk area’ a protected plants survey was
         undertaken for the project in accordance with the Flora Survey Guidelines – Protected Plants.
         Rhodamnia rubescens, Rhodomyrtus psidioides and Symplocos harroldii were confirmed present,
         in addition to Gossia hillii (scaley myrtle) which is listed as ‘critically endangered’ under the NC
         Act.
