         •     Appropriate erosion and sediment control measures be employed during site clearing and
               earthworks to mitigate site risk
         •     Control measures are to be maintained for the duration of construction works.

         3. Wastewater management
         • Wastewater management systems are required to be constructed and managed in
             accordance with Australian standards and best practice engineering.
         • Effluent disposal areas to be located as far from the drainage path as possible.

         4. Property maintenance
         • Weeds are to be managed to prevent spread during construction works. An appropriately
             experienced person is to undertake weed management activities on the site to manage and
             control pest species on the property prior to occupancy of the new dwelling.

         5. Management measures during proposed clearing works
         • The extent of works area is to be clearly identified in the design plans and marked onsite. All
             works are to be confined to this area to mitigate impacts on flora and fauna habitat nearby
         • Clearing should be undertaken in a sequential manner and under the direction of a fauna
             spotter catcher employed for the full duration of the felling works
         • The project ecologist is to identify trees to be retained within the outer protection zone of the
             asset protection zone to maximise retention of old growth trees
         • A fauna spotter catcher is to be deployed for all clearing works involving mature vegetation
         • Appropriate reuse of felled trees shall occur.
