Response
Refer to the conceptual engineering plans contained within the Stormwater Management Plan for initial
concept design of the primary internal driveway including a longsection and typical cross section. The
internal driveways will be subject to further detailed design however this initial concept design should
provide Council with confirmation a compliant access arrangement can be achieved on site.

Refer to the conceptual engineering plans contained within the Stormwater Management Plan for initial
concept erosion and sediment control plans. A more detailed erosion and sediment control plan should
be prepared for the build phase of the project though.
