RE:       Information regarding the Haul Route
          MCU12/0184 – Animal Husbandry Type 2
          Lot 21 SP226606
          136 Top Forestry Road, Ridgewood Qld

I refer to Council’s request regarding further information in relation to the Haul Route
through Cooroy for traffic movements associated with the proposed development at Top
Forestry Road, Ridgewood.

An assessment of the external road network was undertaken as part of the initial traffic
engineering review and the most preferred route for traffic travelling to/from the Bruce
Highway is via Myall Street, along Crystal Street, south on Maple Street and onto
Cooroy-Belli Creek Road to the site via Old Ceylon Road and onto Top Forestry Road.
